この日は用事があって千葉へ来ました。ペリエの中を歩いていたら、こちらのお店が目に入りました。あのヴィレッジヴァンガードのハンバーガー屋さん？？？興味本位で初訪問です
お店のスタッフは若い女性で構成されていて、とても笑顔でわびさび萌えを感じます。接客の教育がしっかりしてるのか、素で良い子なのか、とにかく好感が持てます
和牛クラシックアボカドバーガー、炙りモッツァレラチーズバーガー(２枚)、炭酸水をオーダーしました
和牛クラシックアボカドバーガーは、パテは火がしっかり通ってますね。2000円はかなり強気な価格設定な気がします。他の素材は良い感じで、後味の良さが印象的
炙りモッツァレラチーズバーガー(パテ２枚)は、多分米国牛のハンバーグでモッツァレラチーズの溶け具合が良いですね
もうちょっと、火入れを攻めてジューシーさが出れば良いかな？と思いました。ごちそうさまでした
