国道16号を南下して千葉市内に入りました。別に目的はありません。ただなんとなくです。それでも腹は空きます。何か食べよう。
葭川公園辺りを散策します。イベントが開催されているのかPAからの大きな音が聞こえます。
千葉駅付近で昔通った専門学校の横の路地に入ったら良さげな中華蕎麦屋さん。いいじゃない。注文は"ワンタン中華"にトッピングの"黒ばら海苔"。
程なくしてあり出来上がったお料理、澄んだスープでお味は既に想像が出来ます。美味しい。トッピングのばら海苔。香りがが良く、少しずつどんぶりに足して行きます。細い麺と一緒に啜ると海苔の香りとスープが程よく調和します。トッピングの選択は間違いない。
でも、海苔の量が意外と多い。適量を自分で考えて入れたい。
久しぶりの千葉市内。いい出会いが出来ました。
次は"水餃子"を頼もうかなぁ。
