One Saturday morning, I finished some holiday work and went for an early lunch... I went to TRUNK, which I had been interested in for a while. (R4. Used in early September.) There is a ``pizza shop'' curtain hanging under the entrance stairs. The store is a spacious space that occupies the entire second floor of the building. Big TV screen, darts, pool table...it's Sports Bar! How many years has it been since I visited such a stylish place? It was just after opening for lunch, after 11 o'clock, so there were no customers. I had this large space all to myself...I felt like I had gained something. *Daily pizza lunch (M) 1,200 yen (tax included) *Salad/drink set 150 yen (tax included) The daily pizza was priced at 700 yen per person (S), but they said, "Half and half OK from M size!" I am a masochist without hesitation. The daily specials on this day are [A] Trunk, [B] BBQ Chicken, and [C] Genovese. The trunk on the signboard is a must, and the other side is made with Genovese to be a little healthier. Juice is grapefruit. Although the hall is large, you can feel the atmosphere in the kitchen where the older staff members are hard at work baking pizza. The food was baked and served quickly over long distances. Oh! A piping hot American-style pizza with cheese crunching right in front of you! Trunk, Genovese, served in quick succession. It feels so freshly made that when you lift a piece, the hot cheese immediately melts and falls off. It's delicious! It's rare to have a chance to get it freshly made, not only through delivery but also through quick takeaway. It's been a long time since I had a super fresh pizza. The basic composition of the trunk is salami, round meat, onions, and black olives. Genovese is fragrant and the green sauce is also delicious. The ingredients could not be analyzed in detail. I was busy eating... I finished eating before noon, but there were no other customers, so I enjoyed this large space reserved until the end! However, I also thought that it was time for everyone to have fun together.
