美味しいラムが食べ飲み放題4378円
食べ飲み放題を注文。
久しぶりの来店だったが、ここのラムはやはり美味しい。
中でも、塩〆熟成ラム肩ロースが一番美味しい。
お肉が柔らかく、ジューシー。臭みが全くない。
ラムソーセージが少しラム感強いかなと思ったぐらいであとは食べやすい。
〆のつけ麺は微妙。麺を今まで使っていたタレにほうじ茶を入れたもので食べるのだが、それは麺が微妙で特に美味しいとは思わなかった。
それ以外は美味しく、もっと食べログ点数が高くてもおかしくないお店だと思う。

ラム特有のにおいも少ないし、くさみもない。
いい意味でラム感が少ない。
まずは、塩〆熟成上ラム肩ロースをどんどん注文。
非常にクオリティが高く、満足度が高い。
他にはタンが厚めで弾力があって美味しかった。
