すぐ行ける距離にあるのに足が遠のいていたお店
駅から近いけど立地が良くないのがね
それでも前回の訪問時は席は埋まっていた覚えが
今回は、開店間もない時間に訪問
すでに2組の先客
注文を聞かれ、丁寧な対応
その間に続々とお客さん来店
この立地なのに凄いな、今でも人気店だ
うん、この辺りで味噌ラーメンと言ったらここ
そうだ、前来たとき生姜多めで注文したんだ
にんにくも生姜も調整できますのでお好みおっしゃってくださいね、って親切に声掛けてもらったな
今回はノーマルの味玉味噌ラーメン
スープは札幌味噌ラーメン特有の生姜が香る、それでいて優しめの口当たり
太いメンマがコリやわで歯切れよく
チャーシューはホロホロ味染み
ワカメとスープの相性がいい
麺は西山製麺の間違いないやつ
かつてすみれで食べた味噌ラーメンに衝撃を覚え
大島で感動し
