新千葉にある味噌ラーメンの店、北海道ラーメン 温
温と書いてハルと読む
ここは知らないと中々見つけられない
今回、教えて貰って初訪店
店内は夫婦で切り盛りしている様子
どノーマルな味噌ラーメンをチョイス
10分足らずで到着
パッと見、それ程濃厚そうな味噌ラーメンには見えないが…まずはスープから…
味噌の味もしっかりありながら、花椒の入っている花椒味噌を使用しているのかな？シビ辛なスープ
がっつり味噌という訳ではないが、ニンニクも感じて、なんかクセになる旨さ
中太麺にもスープが絡まり、全体的にまとまっている
意外と美味しいシビ辛味噌ラーメンでした
