味噌チャーシューを頼んでみました。
中華鍋で挽肉と野菜を炒めてスープを作るのを眺めながら、見ていると味噌ラーメンには一番好きな縮れ麺を茹でています。
ラーメンが到着して一口スープを飲むと王道の北海道味噌ラーメンですがあと味がなんかスースーする感じがしてなんかスッキリ。しょうがが多めなのかな…
バラチャーシューとバランスが取れてて少しずつチャーシューの油も溶けだして最後まで飽きずに食べられました。
スープまで飲んでしまいましたが胃もたれなしです( *˙ω˙*)و ｸﾞｯ!
