千葉駅から徒歩5分ほどの「Cafe&BarUMIラボ千葉駅前店」は2020年1月オープンのバルカフェ居酒屋。魚介とチーズ料理をカジュアル＆リーズナブルに楽しめます。
店内は人数に応じて利用できるテーブル席。居酒屋というよりカフェレストラン風な女子好みな雰囲気。30名〜貸し切り利用にも対応しています。
