Minestrone and rye bread for appetizer. It warmed me up after a cold day, and the fluffy texture of the bread was amazing. -9 types of Oyster include raw, grilled, steamed, topped with sea urchin, pickled in oil, pate, fried, gratin, and sauteed with basil. Even though it's the same Oyster, you can enjoy different textures and flavors just by seasoning and cooking differently. The patty has just the smell of Oyster, but it doesn't really taste like Oyster, so even people who don't like Oyster can enjoy it. It comes with three types of seasoning: ponzu sauce, tartar, and lemon. My personal favorite was fried Oyster. Crispy on the outside and plump on the inside, it's irresistible. You can eat as much as you want.・The fragrant potato salad is smoked potato salad, and the waiter removes the lid right in front of you, and as the smoke rises, a nice smoked aroma wafts through the air. It has a good texture and a mellow taste.・Camembert cheese Ajillo is served piping hot. The cheese melts in your mouth and goes perfectly with baguette. ・UMI Labo Omelette is Neapolitan topped with a melty omelette. A style where you add your own demi-glace sauce. The combination of rich demi-glace sauce and Neapolitan sauce is the best. However, it's quite large, so it might be best to share it among about 3 people.・Long Sushi /Half has two types of toppings to choose from, and I ordered Atlantic Salmon and Horse Sashimi Yukhoe for an additional 100 yen! Seasonings include soy sauce, wasabi, and sesame oil. Cut it with a knife and eat it. Both are fresh. Horse sashimi has a sweet taste, and the more you bite into it, the more delicious it becomes. I ordered it towards the end, but surprisingly I was able to eat it easily. ・UMI's cream soda looks too good. Yogurt ice cream is on top of the jelly. I was surprised when I ate it because it looked like vanilla ice cream. After I've been eating for a while, I add soda and drink it.The yogurt is strong, and it has a slight sweetness, but it's refreshing, so it's best to order it with dessert.・The grilled Basque cheesecake will be grilled right in front of your eyes by the staff. It looks melty, with rare cheese on top and cheesecake on the bottom. The top part looks like brûlée and is crisp and smooth. It's quite heavy, so it might be best to eat it when you have room in your stomach.・Panna cotta strawberry sauce looks cute and jiggling. The milky, sweet panna cotta and sour strawberry sauce were well-balanced and easy to eat. Recommended if you want to enjoy a reasonably priced and stylish bar in Chiba! !
