麺少なめ コールそのまま
千葉駅から徒歩15分の有酸素運動。
GWの土曜は開店時点で30人弱の並び。 小ラーメン、麺少なめ、コールそのまま。でかい豚2枚と極太麺がインパクト大。コシの強いうどんのような麺がとにかく美味。醤油のキレと豚みのバランスが最高。麺半分、豚1枚のミニサイズもありました
