葭川公園駅から徒歩5分程度。千葉駅からも徒歩15分程度のこちラ。
店主は直系の中でも屈指の人気を誇る「ラーメン二郎 西台駅前店」出身。オープンは2020年6月と比較的最近である。
平日19時半前に着。19番目に接続。30分弱待ち着席。
【スープ】
豚の出汁感豊かな乳化度のあまり高くないスープ。化調も確かに効いているがそこまで強過ぎることはなくカエシとのバランスが取れているスープである。
【麺】
平打ちの太麺。麺量は体感300g弱くらいでそこまで多くはない。デロすぎないツルモチな食感でちょうどいい茹で加減。結構好みな麺です。
【トッピング】
ブタは大きめで分厚さも十分なものが2枚。脂身多めなバラロールと肉部分多めのもので食べ応え十分な旨いやつ。ヤサイは程よくキャベツも入っているタイプで食感はややシャキ感ある。上の味付固形アブラも旨いので合わせて食べると旨いです。
他の直系店と比較してずば抜けている点こそないがバランスに秀でており万人に好まれるような二郎であると感じた。店員も優しいので二郎のはじめの一歩としてもオススメできる。ご馳走様でした。
