先日食べに行ってからあのスープの味わいを忘れられず、宅麺で混ぜそばを注文。
以前は醤油にぼしを戴いたが、濃厚だとどんな味わいなのかがずっと気になっていたので、到着まで楽しみで仕方なかった。
スープ、チャーシュー、岩のり、麺のセット。
このままでも十分ではあるものの、追加で以下をトッピング。
1. タケノコ
2. タマゴ
3. タマネギ
4. もやし
5. ねぎ
やや入れ過ぎたかな？と思ったものの、トッピングがスープに絡むと旨み爆発！特にタケノコがめちゃくちゃ合うのでオススメです
麺、チャーシューは言うまでもなく美味い。
自宅で戴けるのは幸せと思いつつ、またお店で食したいと目論んでいます
