4月より始まったランチに早速訪問、お勧めのバターチキンカレーら食べ比べ
昨年春までは「イルキャンティ・アズーロ」があったテナントにて、この3月より営業を開始したCafe Dining 彩雲
数日前に階段脇に掲げられた黒板をチェックすると、4/5からランチ開始の書き込みを発見
これまでに2度足を運んだものの、同時点ではまだランチ営業が行われておらずで舌が
三度目の正直、今度こそはとランチ初日にお店を訪問
店内は明るく、広々とした店構えに変更
以前のお店にあった、個室風の仕切りは無く、開放感ある作りとなり
テーブル席が4席ほどにソファー席も3席ほど、加えてカウンター席も作られております
ランチメニューは全7種となっており、まずは極上ハンバーグ
その裏面に行くと、
・バターチキンカレー
・オムライス
・鉄火丼
・ローストビーフ丼
・キーマカレー
・POWERサラダ
といった品が提供されております
各メニュー共にサラダ、スープ、ドリンクがセットとなり
コーヒー、紅茶のホット＆アイスだけで無くソフトドリンク各種まで、全て選択可能
以上のメニューから今回は
・バターチキンカレー
・極上ハンバーグ
・ローストビーフ丼
といった3品を食べ比べてみることに
■ ローストビーフ丼
ご飯に加え、ローストビーフもたっぷり目のボリューム
シットリ柔らかな牛肉からは、素材の旨味も感じられパサつきは無し
添えられたホースラディッシュの辛みも甘めなソースの味わいを引き立てており、ご飯が進む味付けとなります
■ バターチキンカレー
カフェのランチということで、ボリューム面に不安を感じておりましたが
さすが西千葉、学生の街といった仕様で、ご飯はもちろん、カレーに鳥肉にたっぷり具沢山
インド系カレー店のような、スパイスの複雑さこそ無いものの
バターのコクに加え、トマトの甘みと酸味がしっかり感じられる味わい
その後に遅れながら辛みが訪れるタイプとなりまして
辛さの度合いとしては高く無いものの、バターら素材のコクがしっかり伝達
バターのコクにトマトの甘みともしっかり絡みあい、ご飯が進むカレーとなりました
■ 極上ハンバーグ
ハンバーグのソースは2種類が用意されており、こちらはデミグラスソースにてオーダー
子供用、ということでご飯を少なめにてお願いしましたが、それでも十分過ぎるボリューム
そして、このハンバーグの見所となるのが、カットする前より、プクプクと沸き上がる肉汁
恐らくオーブン等で仕上げられているのか、今にも爆発しだしそうな肉汁が、ハンバーグの中で悲鳴を挙げております
ただこちらのハンバーグ、他の品よりちょっと提供が遅れたこともあり
提供と同時に子供が一気食い（笑）
私が一口頂く間もなく完食され、詳細については確認出来ず、な品となりました
（子供曰く「美味しい！！」だそうです）
そんな3品を食べ比べるものとなった、Cafe Dining 彩雲での初ランチ
広々とした店内にリーズナブルな価格設定
なにより、ホールを担当されていた女性スタッフさんの心地よい接客が好印象
今後も定期的に足を運んでみたい、良店のオープンとなりました。
