休日ランチです。
食べログTポイントの期限迫るのメッセージ。
この日は食べログ事前予約でTポイントで払えるお店を検索。
総武線沿線を検索したら、
雰囲気がよさそうなこちらのお店を発見して予約ポチリ。
1時間ほどしたらお店から電話がかかってきて、
利用Tポイントが保有ポイントすべて使うことになっているが、
ランチタイムだとどう頑張っても消費できないので訂正をお願いと女性スタッフ。
ありがたい連絡でした。あやうく全部消えてしまうところでした。
いったんキャンセルしてもらって、訂正して再予約。
予約した11:30ちょうどにお店を訪問。
電話をいただいたお礼を申し上げて、着席。
カウンターに座ればバーの雰囲気、テーブル席は落ち着いた木製のテーブルとイス。
広々としていてとてもいい空間が保たれてますね。
まずはハーパーのハイボール500円×２、
お願いした料理は、
自分は極上ハンバーグ（ライス・スープ付き）980円。
奥さんは明太子クリームパスタ（サラダ・スープ付き）880円。
料理提供までは15分ほど。
1杯目のハイボールが終わったので、角ハイ450円お替り。
ハンバーグは大き目のお皿にたっぷりのデミソース。
傍らにはたっぷりのレタス。
おかず以外には白米のお皿と、ガラスのカップにオニオンコンソメ。
まずは脇役レタスからいただきます。
ドレッシングは色から見てサウザンかと思いきや、
クミンと後味にコリアンダーの香り。
ちょっとインパクトある味わいでした。
ハンバーグにナイフを投入。
外側はしっかりとした硬さですが、中はすっとナイフが入ります。
お肉は牛と豚が7:3との事ですが、粗挽きのお肉です。
口の中に入れてみると、
ごろっとしたお肉の食感を感じたのち、脂が溶けていく食感。
豚さんはバラ肉かしら？メリハリある食感を楽しめるハンバーグです。
ボリュームもそこそこあって食べ応えあり。
このハンバーグが980円はかなりお得ですね。
白米は硬めの炊き加減。
このお米もまずまずです。
スープは大き目玉ねぎが浮かんだコンソメでしたが。
この玉ねぎしっかりと火が入っていて、
柔らかくて噛めば甘さがしみ出るコンソメでしたよ。
奥さんのパスタも少しいただきましたが、
硬さはまさにアルデンテ。
こちらもおいしそうでした。
なんともよい雰囲気の中。
おいしいランチをいただくことができました。
良いお店に出会うことができて気持ちがいいなあ。
お会計は3,860円、
Tポイントで3,000円利用していますので、
差額はPayPayでお支払い。
ごちそうさまでした。
あっ、あまりの気持ちのよさに傘忘れてきちゃいました(笑)
