西千葉駅より徒歩3分。
千葉市中央区春日2-9-15クレールマロニエにあります「寿司栄」さんへ訪問です。
寿司栄さんは創業1967年。
以前は東千葉駅より徒歩15分の位置"千葉市中央区道場北"にありましたが2021年8月にこちら場所へ移転。
移転後初めての訪問です。
県外からお客様が訪れる千葉県不動の人気を誇る鮨店です。
2代目佐藤親方は町場の鮨店を父から引き継ぎ
町場の鮨店を今の営業スタイルを変えて千葉で唯一無二の存在の鮨店へ改革されました。
久々の訪問でしたが、相変わらず佐藤親方ワールド全開でした！！笑
前半の摘みは全部で15品。
摘みの品数もクオリティも素晴らしく、鮑の肝、白子、あん肝飴煮、大吟醸とブランデー漬けのカラスミ食べ比べなど酒呑みには堪らないラインナップ。
後半の握りも素晴らしいピンの数々で
最後にはこちらサイドで勝手に命名している
与沢翼丼（中落ち、雲丹、白エビ、キャビア）でフィニッシュ。
独自路線を行く突き抜けた感性の佐藤親方ワールはやはり唯一無二！
これだけのラインナップでコース3万円もお安く、県外から訪れる価値のある鮨店です。
