吉村家直系の杉田家。こちらはその3号店。
今回もラーメン並（870円）にタマネギ（100円）をトッピング。「タマネギ」は「ネギ」の食券を買って、スタッフにタマネギに変更の旨伝える方式です。いつも通りパンチの効いたスープにはタマネギが抜群に会うと思います。
美味しかった。
