家系直系・杉田家三店舗の中では、未訪のコチラに突撃。
平日の20時ぐらいにうかがうと並び無し。店内8割ほどの入り。
■チャーシューメン並、海苔、ライスなど
５分少々で着丼。それではと、さっそく麺をススると、
(ﾟдﾟ) ｳﾏｰ
豚骨と鶏ガラを贅沢に使い、醤油と鶏油でまとめたウマさ爆発の一杯。
続いて海苔をスープにどっぷりひたし、ライス＆豆板醤に包んでかっ込みます。
(°д°) ｱﾝﾌﾞﾛｼｱｰ!!
これはギリシア神話でいう「神々の食べ物＝アンブロシア」に違いありません。
ホント、家系ラーメンってのは、ご飯と最高の相性ですよ～。
こんな美味いもん、ちょっと頭のイカれた人しか考えつきませんよ。
この味を生み出した創業者・吉村実氏は、近年のインタビューで次のように語っています。
「僕は死ぬまで仕事するよ。病院のベッドで死ぬほど寂しいことはないんだ。
（ずんどうを指さして）ここに顔を突っ込んで死ねたら幸せだな」と。
吉村実氏なら、顔をずんどうに突っ込み、
両手両足を炊飯ジャーに突っ込むまで、やってくれそう。
