吉村家直系1号店「杉田家本店」の「千葉祐光町店」に継ぐ３つ目の店舗 |
総本山にはよく行くが、千葉の杉田家は初めて。
土曜日の昼時で、数名の並び。
券売機でラーメン並を購入。
ほどなくして店内に案内される。前の吉村家と比べると、券売機も食券も店内も新しいな。吉村家のような、徹底した入れ替え型のサービス方法などではないようだ。
固めで注文し、しばらくしてカウンター越しに着丼。
黒いどんぶり、茶色のスープ、太めの麺はまさに吉村家。
若干脂が少なく、しょっぱく感じたが、まあ、吉村家のダイナミックな作り方だと多少アバウトになるので、こんなものか。
多くのいわゆる家系があるけど、吉村家の味を出すのはここだけですね。
