濃厚スープにコシのあるメン、しつこすぎず言うことなし。他の家系よりも美味いのは間違いない。
ライスに生姜を乗せ、汁に染みた海苔で巻くのが絶品。

夫婦で食べに行きたいと話していたものの、小さな子どもがいるため断念。
しかし、持ち帰りラーメンがあるではないかと。。
購入しレシピ通り作ってみたところ感動の味。。
トッピングにたまごともやしを入れてみました。
あのスープと麺、チャーシューを自宅で戴けるなんて幸せこの上ないと思った一日です✨
