吉村家の直系店の横浜市磯子区にある杉田家さん。その系列店がこちら杉田家千葉駅前店。
ご近所に杉田家千葉祐光店もあります。車で来るなら駐車場のあるこちらですかね。
平日11時55分訪問。待ち人なし。横浜の家系に比べると千葉は並ばくて良いので助かります。

吉村家さんの直系店ですので美味しいのは分かっていたので味わいを改めて批評をするのも何ですが、間違いない旨さでした。
4日前に千葉祐光店にも伺っていたので祐光店との比較で言うと今日頂いた駅前店の方が鶏ガラ・鶏油が効いていました。
家系ラーメンに限らずでしょうが、許容範囲内のブレですね。
まぶし丼は想像以上に美味しく頂けました。汁ダクのような感じもしましたし、お出汁を吸った玉ねぎが入っているのも良かったです。
本物の横浜家系ラーメンを堪能出来ました。近くに来たらまた伺います。
