■お店情報
久しぶりに千葉駅の【杉田家】に来た。
平日夜もあってか並ばず入店。
杉田家は結構濃いめなので味薄め、麺硬めで注文。
すぐに着丼。
薄めにしたことによって尖りがなく、まろやかでおいしい。豚骨の旨味がたっぷり。
麺は安定の酒井製麺。この麺なんでこんなに美味しいんだ。
チャーシューは少し小ぶり。燻製感も少し弱め。
物価上昇の関係なのか、ちょっとチャーシューは残念。
そして、和風トッピング。鰹節と練り梅、大葉と今まで家系ラーメンではなかった組み合わせ。
悪くないけどやっぱりニンニクのが好きだなぁ。
ただ、クオリティー高い一杯でした。
