久しぶりの杉田家さんです。千葉駅前店には、初めて伺いました。平日の午前11時過ぎ、お店の中はまだ落ち着いています。
ラーメンと、トッピングにきくらげを券売機で購入し、カウンターに着席しました。祐光店で度々拝見していた方が案内してくださいました。何だか安心。味薄め、油少なめ、麺半分でお願いしました。麺半分のおまけは海苔をお願いしました。
程なくして、ラーメンが出来上がりました。きくらげは細く切られたものではなく、小さめの、きゅっとしたきくらげが丸ごとです。細く切られたきくらげに慣れていたので、ちょっと意外な感じです。
スープから。うまーい♪油少なめですが、とってもマイルドなスープです。味薄め、豚骨の味がしっかり出ています。やっぱり杉田家さん、おいしいです。
麺はちょうど良い歯応え。つるつる、もちもちしています。スープに良く合っています。
チャーシューはもも肉でしょうか。２枚のっかっています。ほんのりスモーキーな薫りがします。前よりも、ちょっと薄切りになりました？
相変わらず、海苔のうまさは秀逸です。海苔と醤油味は、やっぱり合いますよね。スープにちょこっと浸した海苔でご飯を巻いて食べたらおいしいんでしょうね。
そういえば、麺少なめにする時は、野菜をプラスしてかさ増ししていたんだ。正直、見た目もお腹の具合も中途半端でした。「お腹いっぱーい♪」という感じは味わえませんでした。猛省。
