今日は介護休暇。午前中は父を病院に連れていき、午後は母を美容室に連れて行きます。その午前の用事から午後の用事へと移動する途中で、西千葉駅近く、千葉大学至近にあるバングラディシュ料理店のバングラキッチン西千葉に寄りました。
ランチはビリヤニ中心という感じのメニューで、マトンビリヤニセットを選びました。
すぐにサラダが出てきて、豆スープも出てきました。そして、ビリヤニが出て、ん？メニューに書いてないけど、これはカレーと呼ぶのか？スープと呼ぶのか？マトンの入ったシャバカレーが出てきました。
それで、全部劇的に美味しい！新大久保あたりで経験したことあるようなバングラデシュ人の作る本格的バングラディシュのビリヤニとスープ&カレー。感動レベルの深みと心地よいスパイス感です。肉も旨みが染み出しまくってました。
