オープン時より気になっていたものの、なかなか機会得られず足を運べなかったこちらのお店
この日は先に他店で食事を終えた後、二軒目として同店を利用
卓上に直結した強炭酸のハイボールが60分500円で飲み放題になっており
二軒目として利用するにも、60分という時間縛りがちょうど良い設定になります
ただし、同飲み放題には料理2品のオーダーが必要とのことで
・麻辣枝豆
・焼き餃子
・杏仁アイス
・拌麺
以上の4品をオーダー
しっかり辛シビ宿した枝豆は、お酒のお供にバッチリの存在で
小腹を埋めながら摘まむにもぜひテーブルに並べておきたい1品
一方餃子の方はオーダーが通っていなかったらしく
時間の都合もあり、結果キャンセル扱いとなり、実食には至らず
そして〆の拌麺ですが、オイスターソース＆たまり醤油がベースとなるタレ
こちらにしっかり絡め、味付けされた麺に卵黄を溶きながら頂く中華風のまぜそば
千葉では某ラーメン店にて定期的に限定メニューとして拌麺を頂いていますが
そちらはアレンジをしっかり加えた、ラーメン専門店らしい1品
一方こちらで頂く拌麺は、元祖の品により近いスタイルとなっており
具材らは加わっていないものの、そのボリューム感がむしろ、お酒の〆に適した1品に
しっかり濃厚なタレが絡んでいるため、麺の味わいに不足を感じることは無く
またここに胡椒らをトッピングすることで、味変を受け入れてくれるのもまた、お酒の〆に嬉しい1品
そのシンプルさ故に、お値段については若干高く感じる部分はあるものの
味わいについては十分に満足を得る品となりました
また今回は2軒目にて立ち寄った為、その他の注文には至らずでしたが
まだ食べてみたい品が複数見つかるこちらのお店、近いうちに再度足を運んでみたい1軒となりました。
