二代目五衛門西千葉店さんで、
期間限定のまぜそばが二品ありますが、
今日は特製和風まぜそばをおいしくいただきました。
肉そぼろ、鰹節、青葱、磯海苔、アーリーレッドそして卵黄をまぜまぜ。
味変マヨネーズも効いていて、
あっという間に食べきりました。

昆布水つけ麺復活！
今日は特製でおいしくいただきました！
軽く粘りのある昆布水、
まずはそのまま麺をいただきます。
このままでも最後まで食べられそうですが、
途中から塩を付け、汁に漬け、
いろんな味わい方ができて楽しいですね。
これから暑くなったらもっとおいしくいただけそうです。
