西千葉のラーメン屋。
周辺に学校が多いことから、スタミナと量が大事な地域かもしれません。
全くこの地域のラーメン屋に知識がないので、15時過ぎに空いている数少ないこちらに入店です。
入ってすぐ右の券売機でメニューを頼みますが、つけ麺の量が多いのが売りのようですね。
茹であげ前で普通が300g、中盛り450g(150円)、大盛り600g(200円)という構成。なので、名物という。。。
まるさんつけ麺(1,200円)
麺はごん太麺で、結構カンスイが強いのは、最近では珍しいなと思いました。
つけ汁が焦がしネギをふんだんにあしらった醤油ベースのつけ汁です。中にチャーシューも入っており、肉の扱いが上手だなと言う反面、ネギ好きとしては、焦がしネギは正直言って「焦げネギ」のレベル。。。焦げ臭さと苦味が前面に来てしまうスープにちょっと萎えてしまいました。
穴あきレンゲが付いていたのが幸いで、とりあえず取り除ける範囲の焦げネギをすくってから、再度食べることでやっとフラットに楽しめるようになったかなー
ひょっとして最初からそうするための穴あきレンゲ？
こちらの看板メニューより限定ラーメンがすごく美味しそうでした。
