オープンして間もないこちら、平日の雨の日ですがランチの時間帯に伺うと満席です
混んでるのにひとりで申し訳ないかなぁと思いつつウェイティングシートで待つことしばし、席に案内していただきました
メニューを拝見
ワンプレートも美味しそうだけど、お腹空いたしいろいろ食べたい…ということでコースをお願いすることに
メインを1品選びますが、1000円プラスしてスティックアッシュをチョイス

とても上品で美味しい
リエットは逆にしっかりしていて、これはグラスワイン欲しくなりました
ラタトゥイユとクスクスのサラダ
バランス良い！思ったよりもしっかり量があってこれも嬉しい

メインのスティックアッシュ
「つなぎのないハンバーグのような料理」との説明がありましたが、荒みじんの牛肉を成形してハンバーグのような形にして焼いた感じ
ナイフを入れると、中はレア寄りのミディアムレア
ソースの香りも良く
添えられてるポテト（ドフィノア）も美味しい
デザートも声をかけていただいたので追加
自家製牛乳アイスが乗ったクリームブリュレ
しつこくないアイスは優しいミルク感
クリームブリュレにはちゃんとバニラビーンズ
食後のコーヒーに添えられているのはコーヒーフレッシュじゃなくてミルク
接客も、洗練されているというより親しみやすく明るく優しく温かく、居心地がよかったです
今のところ平日のみの営業
近いうちに必ず再訪したいと思いますが、予約が取れなくなる予感がします
