ランチ営業を始めたとか？
じゃ利用しよう。そんな感じで訪問。
カウンターがメインかな？道路に面した４席と厨房側と全部で１０席以上はあるかな？
食べログではカウンター１２席となってます。
テーブル席は４名x２卓かな？
ランチはパスタかチーズリゾットかガパオライスです。
思わずガパオと行きかけましたが、本場の人のジャパナイズ化された味に慣れているので、オシャレなこちらでは、その味に素直にいただけるか？不安があったので回避しました。
パスタが美味しかったら今度挑戦してみます。
ランチセットにしました。
スープとドリンクがつきます。スープぬるいかな？訴えないので火傷するくらい熱い方が冬に向けて好きかも。
味わいは結構スパイスや柑橘の風味で攻めてる印象です。
さてパスタどうだろうか？
到着です。いただきます。
うーん・・・なんだろう？お湯の量？温度？パスタ自体か？
個人的に自炊ではディチェコ社の１.６m mオンリーなのでその食感とは違ったって事です。
表面がざらざらタイプでソースのノリが良いハズなのですが、ソースの味が薄めです。
和風だからなのか？コンビニなどで定番の味となった和風の風味とは違いました。醤油バターではないということか？
色々私の中のパスタ感とはちょっと違ったかな。
でもそれは人それぞれです。
どう感じるか？ジェネレーションギャップもあるだろうし、流行りの味ってのもあると思います。
