Today's dinner was my first visit to Toyogen Innai store. It's not inside any hospital (^^;; It's around the back of Chiba Shrine. It's a place where Harukiya soba shop has been open for a long time. Most recently, Kawasaki Tantanmen Bao has occupied the premises. The main store is in Noborito City 5, Nishi-Chiba Station. They have also opened a store at the north exit and are rapidly expanding. It's night time so they only have a la carte menu. Attracted by the signboard's "Homemade Aged Soy Sauce", I ordered the soy sauce Ramen for 800 yen. After waiting for a while, I got the rice bowl. The visuals were completely different from the photo. ?Hmm, it is said that ``the chef has experience in China and Taiwan,'' but the thin soup is unique to that place.The soy sauce is not particularly distinctive, and is more like a soy sauce.They don't have danzi noodles here, so I order something like Taiwanese Ramen.
