この日の寄り道、千葉。ロフトでお買い物を済ませて、こちらのお店へ。最寄り駅出口からだと、6、7分で着けるところにあります。 表通りから一本横路に入ったところにありますが、わかりやすいところにあります。
お店はオール半個室タイプとなっています。上が空いているので、声は聞こえてきますが、各個室の入口は障子で閉められるので、プライベート感もありますね。
最初の乾杯は、山崎のハイボールから。ここの薄すぎず笑、しっかりハイボールの味がします。
ベジファーストで、サラダから。選んだのはカニぶっかけ海鮮サラダ。サニーレタス、たまねぎなどに、カニ、サーモン、マグロが入っていて、彩りも綺麗なサラダとなっています。ドレッシングは青じそかな、お醤油ベースのさっぱりしたテイストとなっています。モリモリいただけるサラダです。
串は2本からオーダーとなっています。うずら巻きとアスパラ巻き、どちらも塩でオーダーしました。うずらもアスパラも薄切り豚肉で巻いてあります。テーブルに七味唐辛子もあるので、辛いもの好きとしては、少し味変しながらいただきました。塩味のバランスも良く、アツアツで美味しかったです。
お次は、生レモンサワー。この酸味とさっぱりした味わいが良いですね。
明太子と蓮根のはさみ揚げ。それぞれ大好きなごはんのお供とお野菜。蓮根のしゃきしゃき感に、明太子の風味がよく合っています。
〆のごはんは、長崎皿うどん。えびやいかなどに、キャベツ、にんじん、もやしなどの具材たっぷりの皿うどん。なかなかボリュームもあり、これで結構おなかいっぱいになります。
〆のスイーツは、贅沢バニラフォンダンショコラ。甘いものが大好きななので、デザートはマスト。とろりショコラが甘さがちょうど良く、美味しくいただきました。
