12歳の子供のホテル・レストランデビューに行きました。
内装は、白を基調としたもので、重厚さというより、
明るさを演出という意図が見えます。
天井は高いのですが、テーブル毎の個室感の演出の
ためか、天井からの間仕切りが、そこかしこにあり、
今回は夜だったこともあり開放感は余り感じません。
まだその時間の経験なしですが昼間は、太陽がさんさんと
はいる建物の側面に位置しているので、開放感に
包まれることでしょう。
お料理は、価格なりの内容で、個人的にはちょっと
量が多めの感じにつき、20%程度、食材の量を抑えて
価格を５%下げてもらった方が、いいかも知れません。
（そうすればディナーでも4000円台になります。
ただし若い男性客ならボリュームに関しては○でしょう。）
ワインリストですが、ちょっと種類が少ないですね。
最低レベルはグラスで700円未満ですから、その点はいい。
個人の趣味の範囲ですが、ぶどうの種類がわかるように
記載して欲しい。また、リスト上では最高レベルで16000円
のイメージでしょうか。
他のブログでは、過去には相当立派な分不相応なワインを
提供してたらしいので、セラーは大丈夫でしょうから、もう少し
品揃えも増やしても（10000円台を・・）いいんじゃないでしょうか。
⇒ワインの本の著者で、このホテルのソムリエだったという記述を
見たことがあります。
場所柄自家用車で来訪するゲストが多いなら、ノンアルコールや
ミネラルウォーターをバリバリに増やすとかも面白い。
他の方の評価を見てから出かけため、余り期待していなかったが
特に気になる点はなかったです。
ソムリエバッジをつけたスタッフも見かけました。

連休中ということもあり、このメイン・ダイニングは2階ですが、
1階にある、コーヒーショップ？は大人3000円（子供1800円）の
バイキングで満杯でした。
2階のゲストは25%という感じでしたが、1階・2階総じて健闘して
いる様子です。
