義母の卆寿祝いのために１２名で予約。幕張の第１期ホテル群の中で意匠がひときわ目立つお洒落なデザインのホテルであるだけでなく、冷凍の食材を使用しないというこだわりを聞いたので、期待がさらに高まりました。が、飾り皿は素敵だったものの、おしぼりがやや興ざめなスタート・・・
ワインは白ワイン（Domaine de l'Epinay Muscadet Sèvre et Maine Sur Lie）をハーフボトルで注文しましたが、他にも珍しいドリンク類が充実していました。
「本日のポタージュ」がいきなり出て来てパンの後に「オマール海老のバロティーヌ」が登場したので、これが魚料理かと思い美味しくいただきました。続いて「千葉県ブランドポーク『林SPF』のスーヴィード 旬のアスパラガスを添えて」が登場したのでいよいよ肉料理と思いつつも、それなりの値段のフルコースなのに豚肉？とやや不思議に感じたのですが、これらはオードブルの１・２品目だったのです。
本当の魚料理は「金目鯛のポワレ サフラン風味のバターソース」がしっかりと登場しました。皮目をパリッと焼いた金目鯛は身がふわっとしておりソースが絶品でした。
肉料理は「仔牛フィレ肉のポワレ エストラゴンの香り」柔らかいフィレ肉が小さめながらも２枚載っていました。
口直しに「小さなシャーベット」が出た後、デザートの盛り合わせが登場。義母には「卒寿おめでとうございます」のプレート付きでした。コーヒーまたは紅茶はおかわりも出来ました。
スタッフも複数がついてくれてさまざまな要望にも応えてくれました。良いパーティとなりました！
