ずっと行きたかったこちらのお店。近辺の駐車場事情がわからず、なかなか思い切れませんでした。（結果的に自転車できました。これは正解！炎天下の自転車でしたが‥）
コースは2種類。メインが一品のものを選びました。
・サーモンのカルパッチョ
‥厚切りサーモンでした。
・冷製枝豆のスープ（コンソメジュレ＆タピオカ）
‥外は暑かったのでちょうどよかったですが、体中が冷え切るほどキンキンに冷えたスープでした。
・黒毛和牛のアッシェ
（ハンバーグみたいな感じでした。）‥ハンバーグは少し焼きすぎな感じで固かったです。
粒マスタードソースに惹かれてこちらを選んだのですが、マッシュポテトのバターの香りがどうも苦手で、ハンバーグ全体に広がっているので、食べ切るのが辛かったです。どうしてわたし、牛フィレ肉や真鯛のポワレを選ばなかったのだろうと。ハンバーグという気分でもなかったので、きちんとお料理の説明を聞いておけばよかったです。

・自家製マーブルアイス
