久しぶりにランチで訪問。日替わりランチは値段変わらずでしたが、ジャスト1,000円のサービスメニュー（この日は五目焼きそば）もあったりして、少し入りやすくなったかも。
日替わりのボリュームは前に比べてだいぶ下がったかな。メイン1品に副菜的な構成です。この日のメインは、エビチリ、白身揚げあんかけ、トンポーロー、麻婆豆腐から一品。副菜は蒸し点心2つ。エビチリを選びましたが、程よい辛さの上品な仕上がり。美味しいです。この店の雰囲気にあった味付けと言えるかな。でも量はお上品。ご飯の量もお上品ですが、ご飯はお替りOK。ポット提供のプーアール茶を飲みながら、優雅なランチをいただけます。ま、値段は場所代こみでしょうね。たまにはいいかな。

テクノガーデン最上階は土風炉や土間土間、にんにくにといった比較的庶民的な店が多いのですが、その中にあって高級感を漂わせている、高級中華のチェーン店。夜入るには腰が引けますが、平日は日替わりランチが1300円くらいであります。平日ランチの評価。
日替わりランチはメインが2品つくのでボリュームもたっぷり。ご飯もお替り可能です。味は流石に美味しいですね。無料のウーロン茶？プーアール茶？も美味しいです。
はるか幕張の海まで見下ろせる窓際の席は雰囲気も最高。お値段高めなのにランチ時間は混んでいるのも納得できます。多少待つこともありますが、回転は早いと思います。
1000円オーバーなので普段の昼にしては高いですが、この辺りにはまともな中華は無いので、たまに行く価値は十分にあるかと思います。夜は･･･やはり高級中華。自腹では悩ましいです。
