【謝朋殿】海浜幕張：健康的味付けのちょっと高級なオーシャンビューで食す健康中華
幕張テクノガーデン24Fのオーシャンビューで見晴らしの良い和風中華料理屋さん。夜はたいそう綺麗なことでしょう！
同ビルにあるクリニックで受けた人間ドックに付随するランチセットでの訪問です。
通常メニューと比較すると1,100～1,400円のコースのアレンジメントだと思います。メニューもいくつか被っています。
人間ドックコースも一般のお客さん同様、入口で名前を書いてスタイルですが、12:30過ぎで3組ほど待機。でもすぐに案内されました。
かなりの大箱で個室も多め。

五目焼きそばランチ
人間ドック受信者はクリニックの受け付けで貰ったメニューパンフレットを渡してオーダー。パンフレットは回収されて、食べ終わったら伝票とか関係なくそのままお店を出て大丈夫な結構フリースタイルw
いわゆる和風中華ですが、ランチのこのセットに関して言えば、高層ビルで食べるちょっと高級な大陸系街中華の印象。
麺はコシが強く、結構好印象で、フカヒレも人工ものでは無いです。
焼きそばの具も野菜が多く具だくさん。
味付けも、野菜多め、油少なめの健康食材推しの優しい味付けで、いわゆる健康中華のジャンルだと思いました。
こちらのお店は本番中国の料理人が、日本人用に味付けを変更しているそうですが、そういう健康志向を念頭に入れれば、確かに美味しい側。
例えがチェーンで申し訳ないですが、健康中華「青蓮」に近いですね。青蓮より洗練されていますけど。

付けそえも豪華にアップグレードされています。
