夕食時に訪問。
入口がちょっとわかりにくく隠れ家的なお店ですが、店内は割と広いです。
1階が満席だったので、2階に案内されました。
ドリンクやサラダバーが1階で急な階段を上り降りすることになりますが、個人的にはあまり密でない2階の方がリラックスして過ごせました。
共和国ステーキ300g（2618円）をガーリックソースで注文しました。
焼き方は聞かれませんでしたが、レア感が強い肉でした。
柔らかく赤身たっぷりで、噛めば肉汁が溢れ出す感じで美味しかったです。
肉だけでも十分満足ですが、この店の魅力はなんと言ってもサイドメニューの充実。
ドリンク、ライス、サラダ、デザートが軽いブュッフェ並みに揃っていて取り放題。
特にセルフで作るワッフルが面白い。
鉄板にバター塗って、生地をかけてプレス、タイマーのボタン押して3分待ってできあがり♪
モチモチした食感に染み込んだバターの味が最高でした。
普段に断食気味なので、お腹はちきれんばかりに食べましたw
また、ドカ食いしたくなったら、リピートしたいと思います。
