人気チェーン店らしいのですが、つい最近まで行く機会がありあせんでした。
おちらの店舗は、行きたい時があったのですが待つのがいやで、避けておりました。
ランチを別店舗で食べて、なかなか良い印象を持ったので、娘の希望で出かけてみました。
娘の行った、NYC店はローカルは人気で２時間待だったそうです。
このアウトレットモール隣接のビルのお店は、正月で、17:30すぎでも空席はほとんどない。
場所的には、ビル内では決して恵まれていないはずなのに、人気は維持されています。
肉の質は、なかなか。冷凍肉を切り出しているので無駄がないのでしょうか。
そのぶん厚い肉は、焼き方が多少むずかしいのですが、いろいろな部位の肉の質を含めて不満なし。
最後にメープルシロップのかかった、ポンテというパン？を焼いてアイスクリームを載せて食べるデザートを頼んたのですが、肉を焼いた七輪を下げ、別の七輪を用意するサービスの良さ。
店舗数は多いのですが、サービスを含めてこの内容が期待できるなら、人気が出る理由がわかります。
激安焼肉店もある昨今ですが、チェーン店として使いやすいお店ですね。
