A Chinese restaurant that Japanese people love! You can enjoy Dalian cuisine at reasonable prices♪
A Chinese Restaurants in Kaihin Makuhari, 6 minutes walk from Kaihin Makuhari Station, where you can enjoy authentic Dalian cuisine prepared by a Chinese chef. Shanghai, Cantonese, Beijing and Szechua |
(First visit in July 2021) It's a holiday lunch. I visited this restaurant on this day. It's on the first floor of the Sumitomo Building in Makuhari New City. When I parked in the underground parking lot and came up, the building was different. I visited at 11:40, there were two groups of three customers ahead of me. There were two groups of three customers after me, so it was empty. Maybe it's because it's a holiday. I sat at a table for four in the back. There was a signature of Shiro Sano on the wall! I wonder if there was a shoot in this neighborhood? Since it's Dalian cuisine, I'm having trouble deciding what to order (lol). My wife went for the safe option of a single serving of mixed Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles) for 890 yen, and I had a pork stew bowl for 890 yen. I was thinking of Lu Rou Fan, but... The food was served in about 5 minutes. It's a pork stew bowl, but it looks like a Chinese bowl! If you look closely, you can see chunks of pork belly here and there. A combination of soup, pickles, fried wonton, and almond tofu. My wife's Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles) was served on a huge plate. Is this also a large-portion restaurant? ? The only side dish is almond tofu. So, what about the taste of the braised pork rice bowl? The sauce is quite rich and has a strong flavor. So it goes well with rice. The vegetable ingredients are well-cooked and soft. The braised pork is the signature dish, but the texture is a bit hard. It's a little different from the soft braised pork we are familiar with. It has a firm texture, so it's good as a side dish. It goes well with the sauce. The volume of the rice is not that much. Even so, this sauce and soup are very addictive. It may have been a long time since I felt that a Chinese rice bowl was so delicious. The wife's Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles) was served on a huge plate for a reason. The fried noodles were quite thick. The volume was not that much, but the density was listed as low, so it seems that a large plate was required. It wasn't a large-portion restaurant (lol) I would like to visit again, but this is my honest impression. The downside is that the parking fee in the building is high. If you exceed 30 minutes, it is 400 yen. If you exceed 3000 yen, it is free, but the price per dish is low, so it is difficult to visit unless you visit with a group of four.
