出前館16弾。幕張新都心の住友ケミカルエンジニアリングセンタービルの1Fにある中華料理店。
今回初めての利用。私には場所もよくわからない店。だが、宅配には何処にあろうと関係ない。
場所がわからなくても注文できるというのも宅配の利点だろう。
出前館のページを見ても料理がよくわからないので今回初めて電話で何がおいしいかを聞いた。
最終的にやっぱり何でもおいしいとの答えだったが、塩か醤油・ソースのどれが好きか聞かれた。
このような聞き方もあるのかと思った。中華料理で私は塩味という意識をしたことがなかった。
確かにメニューには塩味の料理が多い。
内容を聞いて、大連風焼きそば1100円、エビと卵炒め1300円、ヨダレ鶏1000円をたのんだ。
店内だと200円ぐらい安いのだろう。ランチなどではスープやデザートがついて1000円しない。
大連風焼きそばは塩味。かなりアッサリ。具材はメインが豚肉とキャベツのスタンダードなもの。
私には上海焼きそばのようにオイスターソースのような別の味がついていたほうが好みだ。
ただ、店内で熱々を食べるともっとおいしいだろうと思った。
エビと卵炒めも塩味。チリソース味もあったのだがこちらの塩味を選んだ。ところがこの塩味が
キツイ。かなりしょっぱい。エビはプリプリでおいしかったが。
ヨダレ鶏。よく聞くが今回初めて食べた。驚いたことに冷菜だった。熱々かと思っていたので口に
して驚いた。料理は棒棒鶏のよう。鶏肉が蒸し鶏。ソースはドレッシングのようでやや辛く酸味が
ある。どこかで食べた味だが思い出せない。悪くはないが私は棒棒鶏のほうがより好みだ。
私が今回たのんだ以外にエビチリや酢豚のようなスタンダードな料理もある。料理は2人前ぐらい
の量。たのむ場合は店内で食べるのと同じで数人だとよりよいと思う。また、食事類は焼きそばと
角煮入り炒飯と汁なしタンタン麺のみ。ライスはなくライス付きの料理もないのでご注意を。
容器はすべて紙製。かなりエコ。とうとうここまできたか。そのためだろうスプーンやフォークも
ない。だが割りばしもない。割りばしはよいのではないか（ただ忘れただけか？）。炒飯に
スプーンがないと自宅のを使わざるを得ない。ない人は困るだろう。
