平日の今日は海浜幕張で昼食です。海浜幕張・ラーメンで食べログ検索すると3.49でトップに表示されるこちらの「チンタンタン海浜幕張店」さんに伺いました。こちらには何度も伺っていますが、日替わり定食ばかりで麺はあまり食べた事がなく初めてかも笑 ラーメンで8種類となかなかメニューが豊富です。チャーシュー麺680円＋半チャーハン120円、合計800円をお願いしました。今のご時世考えるとかなりのCPですね～。待つこと3分ぐらいでしょうか、早いな笑 ご対～麺！厚切りのチャーシューが４枚トッピングされており、おいしそうです。早速スープから頂きます。スープは鶏ガラベースでちょっと塩味が効いて、あっさりとした甘味ある醤油スープです。塩味と甘味のバランスがよく悪くないですね。麺は縮れの細麺。湯で時間がちょっと短めだった様で若干芯が残った感じが大陸を感じさせます笑 でも固めが好きな私にはちょうど良いですね。チャーシューは肩ロースでしょうか、ちょっとパサ系なのと味の入りが弱くもう一歩。サイドメニューの半チャーハンですが、具材は卵だけながらパラりとした米の感じと塩コショウ加減が絶妙で結構おいしい。量も半にしてはしっかりあります。これで合わせて800円はかなりのＣＰです。次回は酸辣湯麺を頂いてみたいと思います。
