12時前、再訪。
たまに使うサイゼ。昨夜は雪が降って
残雪のためか客足は昼時にもかかわらず
低調。だが一人飲みならソレが良い。
客席は随分空いていたのに、なぜか
入り口に近い席に案内されたので
変えてもらった。後で考えたら
厨房に近い席。もてなす気ゼロか…
デカンタのワインはいい具合に冷えていて
美味しい。
今回は初めて「煉獄たまご」なるメニュー
を頼んでみたが、メニュー写真では
半熟に見える玉子が何故かおもいっきり
固茹で状態で出てきた。トマトソースと
和えてプチフォッカを付けて食べたら
うまかろう、と思ったが完全に裏目。
ほうれん草のソテーはデロデロ。
プチフォッカも焼き過ぎていつもと
違う。どうも火を入れ過ぎるのが
好きなスタッフが作ったようだ…
