焼き鳥、鳥料理専門店。幕張の地で古くからやっている感じの店。昭和のテイストがそこかしこにある。チェーン店にはない味わい深いものがある。最近都内によくあるインチキのレトロ店とは一線を画したホンモノの風格が漂っているのだ。
ご主人は朴訥（ぼくとつ）とした渋いタイプの方だ。いかにも居酒屋のおやじさんという感じ。
料理はもちろん焼き鳥、そして鳥わさ、鳥のレバ刺しなど。どれも美味しい。肉がふっくらしている感じだ。ちゃんとした食材を使っているという感じ。
値段はやや高め。いや、決して高くは無いけれど、居酒屋チェーンと比較するとどうしても高い感じ。それは仕方ない。
でも、味、質、雰囲気、その他諸々、トータルで考えたら絶対にいい。料理がまさしく手作り感がある。一品２７０円均一の某チェーンのとはわけが違う。食べたらすぐわかる。
大手チェーンの居酒屋の値段競争で個人経営の居酒屋がどんどん淘汰されているが、こういう店はずっと続いてほしいと思う次第だ。
