だんだんレベルが低下してきたかな？メニューの内容は悪くないけど、料理が今ひとつ。
前世紀にお邪魔した、ちょっと駅から遠い五反田店が人気だった時代からすると今のこちらの店舗は一体どうしたことでしょう？という感じです。海浜幕張でも以前の店舗の方が良かった印象があります。
白菜キムチは４００円にしたら、量が多くてお買い得感あり。酸味が利いているけど、本来この味だったでしょうか？？？
ブテチゲはキッチンで調理されていて、テーブルではグツグツできないのは量がそれなりにあるだけに、また鍋？の面積が広いだけに簡単に冷めてしまい興ざめです。
カルビチムは、温め直しの一品・・・中がまだ十分に温まっていない部分があり、温め直しをお願いしました。でも湯気も出ない状態で出てくるし緊張感を感じません。３～４回はこの店舗に来てるとも思うけど、もっと頑張って欲しいですね。
まあ、プロの料理とは言えない（失礼！）かな。場所的にも難しいだろう奥まったエリアなので、味で勝負、常連客が必要なお店だと思いますが前途多難かも知れません。メニューの内容は韓国家庭料理で楽しい（ポンテギなんてのもあるし）のですが、料理はもっとしっかりして欲しいです。
韓国焼酎は一応、眞露とチョウムチョロムがありました。定番ですね。

ご近所でお一人様夕食。滋養タップリを求めて、参鶏湯を食べたくてこちらへ。夕食用のセットメニューが充実してるみたいです。参鶏湯にもセットメニューがありました。セットメニューではない、単品(こちらは本来のスタイルの丸鶏)の参鶏湯とキムチをいただきました。
チェゴヤの参鶏湯ははじめてかな。
ぐつぐつ煮込まれて、骨まで食べられる物ですね。邪推ですが、一人用鍋容器で長時間煮込んでるハズもなく、店内で仕込まれた料理では無さそうです。そんなに煮込んだら、餅米も人参もクタクタになりますしネ。
人参も殆ど申し訳程度です。
自分の好みの、フレッシュな参鶏湯ではないですね。参鶏湯とキムチでほぼ3300円〜まあ無理は言えないかも。
