火曜の13時過ぎにクルマで訪店しました
海浜幕張のワールドビジネスガーデン マリブウェスト
(西館）の25階の『NASVA』の運転適性検査を受けに
来たので、その前にランチで訪店しました
初めての訪店です
店内は
客席の3割ほどの席が埋まっていました
当方は
入って右手中央に並んでいる４人掛けのテーブル席に
案内されました
注文は
テーブルに常置されている、注文用タブレットで行い
ます
今回は『ユッケジャンクッパ(930円)』を選びました
注文を送信後
即、紙エプロンが出てきました
その後8分ほどで料理が運ばれて来ました
まず、スープを一口・・・
ん～、当方にはピリ辛よりは少し辛い《チョイ辛》です
そこで
テーブルに常置されていた『コチジャン』を大量投入
しました
これで辛口の一歩手前の《ヤヤ辛》になりました
いずれにしても
予想よりは辛度は高く、結構な発汗でした
味も悪くありません
会計
