今日のお昼はJR幕張駅南口、幕張銀座通りにある芳葉さんへ。
今はなき幕張三高の開校と同じ1980年に創業。一期生だったので特に思い入れの深い場所です。
あんかけペペロンらーめんや豚しゃぶミルクたんめん等の「おすす麺」の他、富士山チャーハンといった攻めたメニューが豊富なお店。
当店自慢の芳葉めん650円と餃子（ハーフ3個）200円のセットをお願いしました。
※店名は「よしば」だけどメニューは「ほうようめん」
すっきりしたピリ辛餡に玉子とワカメとニラがたっぷり。中から麺を引き出すとちょっとポクっとした中太麺。
そのままで良し、お酢をかけて良し、辣油を垂らして更に良し。
毎月5日、15日、25日はGO！GO！芳葉の日。この芳葉めんがなんと300円でいただけます。
焼き色しっかり、皮厚めの餃子は餡に魅力。
安い餃子にありがちな具材のつなぎ。でも、芳葉の餃子はこの粘度のあるつなぎのような存在が旨さを引き立てるポイント。
めっちゃ美味しかったです！
