息子の社会人スタートの生活品購入の合間のランチ利用として初入店となります。１００円／３０ｍｎのコインパーキングに車輌を停めての訪問となりました。
１２時半を過ぎた位の時間帯でしたがほぼ満席の繁盛振りとなります。奥のトイレ横のテーブル席に案内されてオーダーしたのが私が名物の富士山チャーハン（レバニラいため）で嫁さんが富士山チャーハン（八宝菜）で餃子（６個）をシェアする事にしました。
店内には厨房で鍋を振る音が響いています。
着丼した富士山チャーハン（レバニラいため）は真ん中のレバニラが埋められていて、もやし&ニラがシャキシャキ食感に仕上がっています。レバーは食べ易く小さめにカットされています。周りのチャーハンを解しながら一緒に口に運びます。相性は抜群となります。
チャーハン自体が熱々では無いのが少し残念な部分となります。スープは生姜が強めの仕様で薄味ながらしっかりとした味付けが施されています。シェアした餃子はニンニク強めの昔風で具材を纏めるのに片栗粉を使用している様に感じられました。醤油、お酢、辣油を付けて頂きました。店主は料理に対して探究心が強いのか沢山のメニューが用意されています。カレーのフレーバーも数種類有り選ぶのも楽しい老舗町中華店と言えます。帰りに精算機に２００円投入して生活品購入の後半戦に向かいました。
