幕張にアド街で紹介されたという中華料理店に行ってみた。
場所はJR総武線の幕張駅から徒歩で4分ほどの処。
距離的には京成線の方が近いように思えるが、道がくねくねと畝っており、歩くとJRの方が断然近い。
外観は今一つパッとしないが、店内は意外に綺麗だ。
店主は自転車が余程すきなのか本物の自転車が天井近くの壁に飾ってある。
メニュー拝見。
結構品数が多い。
お目当ては決まっている。
・「富士山チャーハン」（950円）
富士山山頂の噴火口に見立てたくぼみに好きな料理をトッピングしたもの。
ちなみにアド街で紹介されたのは「揚豚肉と野菜のあんかけ」だそうな。
他にも気になる料理があるが、ここはそれにしよう。
ついでに「焼き餃子」（400円）と暑いのでビール（600円）。
まずはビール。
一番搾りか。
うん、保存状態が良いせいか、実に旨い。
飲んでいると他のお客さんが増えてくる。
なんだかサラリーマンが多いような・・・この辺って会社があるのか？
富士山チャーハン登場。
ほぅ、これは・・・なんとも面白い姿だ。
たしかに噴火口だ(笑)。
チャーハンは意外にパラパラ系か。
得意なのかもしれない。
野菜のあんが溢れて、まるで溶岩が流れ出してきたようだ(^-^)。
味付けは程よく調味料も効いていて旨い。
箸ならぬスプーンが止まらない。
ここで餃子も登場。
焦げ目が少ない焼き餃子だ。
しかし嚙むと中から肉汁が迸る。
もっちりした餃子で、焼き餃子より水餃子の方が向いているかもしれない。
ビールを飲んでも2,000円弱で済む。
こんな店が家の近くにあったらと思う。
