汁なし野郎ラーメン930円＋煮卵（クーポンサービス）、をいただきました。
本当は「元祖・野郎ラーメン」にしたかったのですが、限定40食は、直前の家族連れでちょうど売り切れました泣。
でも「汁なし野郎」もいいですねー。
ほどよい味付けのシャキシャキ焼き野菜がたっぷり乗ってます。角切りチャーシューも味が染みてて旨い。刻み海苔もいいアクセント。
汁なしとはいえ少量のスープありますから、いわゆる「油そば」とか「混ぜ麺」のような感じですね。モチモチ中太麺がうんまい。
これだけでも良いですが、途中からは味変チャレンジ！
まずは刻みニンニクと濃厚パンチ汁を投入。ガツン系に拍車がかかります。
しばらく食べたら今度はお酢をひと回し。濃厚なお味に、サッパリ風味が足され奥行きが広がります。
最後ふた口ほどになったら、カレー粉で締め。
カレーは何にでも合いますが、野郎ラーメンのフィニッシュには最適。
夢中でむさぼり、気がついたら完食・・・
