かなりがっかりしました。 : Matsunoya

(Visited again in December 2022) This was a holiday lunch. The end of the year is a busy time, so I visited here again while shopping. For the last lunch of the year, I was so pressed for time that I revisited here with my wife. We visited around 11:00. There were three customers ahead of us, and four more to come. I checked the menu at the front of the store and went to the ticket machine. First, I pressed the pork loin cutlet curry for my wife. Then, when I tried to press my pork loin cutlet and fillet cutlet set, the menu I wanted didn't come out... I pressed the cutlet menu again... It still didn't come out. Then, another customer was behind me in line... I had no choice but to press the pork loin cutlet set meal. When I paid, only the cutlet curry was charged... I waited for the next customer to finish and tried again. It was not on the cutlet menu page, but on the page for extra fillets... I pressed the button for less rice, but the price remained the same at 790 yen. What a hard-to-use ticket machine... We sat down at the counter with the ticket we found, but... The staff never came to collect it. We waited for a while, called out to a staff member walking by, and finally our order was placed. This is a typical example of a completely incompetent restaurant staff response that doesn't pay attention to the comings and goings of customers. It would be one thing if it was a busy peak time, but this is just not fair at this time of day. I personally respected this restaurant, but it made me change my mind. It was served 11 minutes after we entered the restaurant. It was too much for me. I served one piece of pork fillet cutlet to my wife. The taste of the meat is... worth the price. The texture is decent, but it has no flavor... The fillet is only a little softer than loin. It doesn't feel particularly special, and as expected, you get tired of it quickly because it has no flavor. We gave up, leaving two slices of meat and half a bowl of rice. It was a disappointing last lunch of 2022. There were a lot of disappointing restaurants at the end of the year. Although the corona disaster continues, the flow of people has recovered without any planning restrictions. Is it that the stores are unable to keep up with the rapid changes?

休日ランチです。
ゴルフ練習場へ行く前の腹ごしらえです。
行く途中の幕張本郷駅前でお店選び。
この日は4年半ぶりにこちらのかつやさんを訪問。
ご存知松屋さんの運営するお店です。

ささっと食べたかて練習場に行きたかったので、
券売機の丼物の中から、ロースカツ丼550円をポチリ。
カウンター席に着席して待ちます。

5分ほどでかつ丼が提供です。
割りと重量のある丼です。
カツは思った以上にでかくて厚みもあります。
何より御飯も多めです。
TOPに乗せられた、刻み海苔の香りがなんともよいです。

タレの味わいは醤油弱めで優しい感じ。
つゆだくではないのが幸いです。
カツは熱々で気を付けないと火傷しますよ（笑）
歯ごたえなかなか良し。
しかしながら豚さんの旨みはもう一歩って感じです。

駅前バスロータリーの立地
550円のハイボリュームのかつ丼は、
とっても価値観高いです^^

休日のランチ、自炊にするかどうか考えましたが
ゴルフ練習場帰りに、幕張本郷にできたラーメン屋さん“よじむ”に寄ってみることに。

駅前のパーキングに車を止めて、少し歩いて訪問するもなんと店内に行列。
さっさとあきらめ、本郷駅方面に戻って松乃家を初訪問。

おまけに、傘は持ち歩いてたものの冷たい雨が急に土砂降り状態。

ついてないときはこんなものʅ(◞‸◟)ʃ

時間は13:00、店内は4割程度の人
券売機でおろしロースかつ定食（並）600を購入し、優しそうなお姉さんに渡してカウンター席へ
後からどんどんお客さんがやってきてほぼ満席に^^

5･6分でおろしロースかつがやってきました。
並は90gということなので小ぶりですが
小食にはちょうど良いボリュームʅ(‾◡◝)ʃ
カツの上には大根おろしと刻んだ葱がのせられています。

ポン酢は小さな器に入れられて、同じお皿の上に乗せられています。
直接カツにかけてしまうと、衣がべちゃべちゃになるのがいやなので。
ポン酢の器に大根おろしを入れて、カツをおろしポン酢に浸してていただきます。

カツは厚くもなく薄すぎもせず、食べやすい厚みで、肉は割りと柔らかい。
よく言えば豚の臭みもなく、悪く言えばコクがないって感じです。
ロースだけど脂身まったく気にならなかったなあ^^

さっぱりととんかつを食べることができました。
いいじゃないでしょうか^^
この値段でしっかりと食べれるのですからありがたいですね。

ちなみにロースカツ定食は500円のワンコイン・・
味噌カツもあればチキンもあります。
胸焼け危険ですが、そそられますね。
平日の帰宅時はここの晩御飯もありかな^^
