職場のチームの歓迎会（といっても以前から一緒に仕事したり飲みに行ったりしている同僚ですが）でJR幕張駅近くの沖縄居酒屋礼千へ。せっかくだからと、沖縄らしい料理を色々頂きました。
ゴーヤーちゃんぷるーはちょっと苦めでしたがおいしかったです。
ビールもオリオンビールで乾杯。
島らっきょ
スクガラス豆腐（「アイゴ」という魚の稚魚を塩漬けにしたものを島豆腐にのせたもの）
ミミガー（豚の耳のシークワァーサー正油和え）
ラフティ（トロトロの角煮）生春巻き
沖縄と言ったら泡盛も
ポチギ（沖縄のソーセージ）
スーチカ（豚バラ肉の塩漬けを胡椒とガーリックで味付け）
グスミチ（トロトロな豚軟骨の煮付け）

食べるのはもちろん名前を聞くのもはじめてなものが多くなかなか楽しかったです。しかも、この他にもいろいろ食べたり飲んだりしたのにとても安かったですね。
